Is it normal for teenage siblings to "fool around" with each other?

i mean i heard its popular amount teenage friends of the same sex to fool around and experiment and of course we know what a teen couple wants to do but should i be concerned when my son and daughter are constantly sleeping together/very playful rough housing/ and locking the bed room doors while being rowdy?
