Siblings with same name now living at 2 different addresses....?

My sister and I are 3 years apart. Although I have lived all my life in the United States she just moved her from another country. She lived at my address for a while but has since moved. She updated her new address at the post office but now i'm afraid all the mail meant for me will go to her. How can I fix this????
