Torn Meniscus in Army?

I am a LT in the US Army. Prior to commissioning I had torn my meniscus in my left knee three times. I didn't disclose this because I was afraid it would hold me back and not allow me to commission. I'm afraid I have torn my meniscus again in my same knee. What will happen once I go to the doctor and have them take a look at this new injury?
