How to stop female guinea pigs attacking male guinea pigs?

one of my guinea pigs violet attacks all my boy piggies she chatters her teeth when im just holding one near her as soon as i put a boy in the cage with her she attacks them. today the female that she was with had a baby and she killed it because it was a boy (i didnt have another cage to move violet to) how can i stop this
