What book am I thinking of?

A few weeks ago I saw a book at border's, and now I want to tell my friend about it because it looked hilariously weird. Now I can't think of the title. It was a teen book about a brother and sister who take care of there three younger siblings since their mom is a drunk, and the brother and sister end up falling in love. Yeah, like incest..anyway the cover was red and I think it had a barb wired heart? But it might not have been barb wired...oh and it was hardback and I think the title was one word. Thanks in advance!
