We have 2 pygmy goats named bonnie and clyde. we have had them for a couple months yet and they still arent?

social. we have had them at the vet and they are healthy. we feed them top of the line food their water gets changed 2x daily. but no matter what we do we cannot make them friendly. we got them bc mom wanted some pygmy goats bc when she had them when she was a teen they were just like dogs and followed her and her siblings around. but these one we cannot even get to stay in the pen w us while we are giving food and water. ANY HELP PLZ??!?!?!
