Is there anything I can do in this situation?

A guy that my friend likes told everyone that me and him made out last night but it never happened because I was at home the whole night doing paperwork for colleges. I told her to ask my dad and she just said that would prove nothing but I could have sneaked out. She texted me and told me she never wanted to talk to me again and to lose her number. She is leaving for LSU in three weeks and I am leaving for Australia to study abroad and I do not want to have this tension between us because I love her like a sister since I have no siblings. How can I convince her this never happened before we both leave for colleges and she totally pushes me out of her life?
