ACL and Meniscus Surgery?

So i had acl and meniscus surgery done about a month and a half ago...my knee was popping before and i told the physical therapist. he said it was normal and to not worry about it. it is still popping and now it locks in to positions sometimes and it hurts. does anybody know whats wrong?
