I feel like my dr messed up my knee surgery?

2 yrs ago I had 2 knee surgeries my first Dr completely removed my medial meniscus and left my torn acl there which resulted in me having a second surgery 3 months later 2 repair my acl at that time my second Dr said my first surgery should have just been a repair bc I was only 24. I am still having trouble with my knee but I no longer have insurance I don't know what 2 do. Can someone give me any advice. I also haven't been able 2 work since then bc I can only stand 4 a few hrs without extreme pain.
