In love with a close friend?

So I am 13 but I am seriously deeply in love with this guy- he's a year older than me- he's nice sweet incredibly smart trustworthy and totally hottt! I know him well- we are good friends almost like siblings- he tells me who he likes and I tell him lots of things about me. Lately I have really been liking him more- it would be a little awkward if I tell him straight out- I'm pretty sure he doesn't like like me back but I have to do something!!! I can't just tell him but I try to flirt and I dont think he gets the hints. Help please!!!!!!!!! Thankss
