What is 100% temporary V.A rating?

I am a disabled vet, discharge last year. I have a service connected injury in which since i got out i had knee surgery last year (arthritis, no cartilage, and torn meniscus) through the V.A. Since then, my knee hasnt been the same and its been in worse pain than ever. Turns out, (had MRI and follow up in April) that i retore my meniscus and tore part of my cartilage. So im schedule for another surgery in June. Do i qualify for 100% while im recovering from major knee surgery? and if so what steps do i need to take?
