How do i know if i ripped my stitches on my medial meniscus!?

Hopefully the stitches are still fine. Did you have an ACL reconstruction along with the meniscus repair? The fact you went chasing a dog will make the knee feel sore, especially after having surgery not too long before. It does take time for the knee to completely normal. good luck .
