How to get back in shape for football?

Senior in highschool and I tore my acl and meniscus with three games left in my senior year played on it for two games made it worse but got surgery in december so I'm just about 5 months into recovery and I'm looking to play football in college in the coming fall but I'm totally out of shape I would like to get bigger right now I'm 5'8 175 lbs I'm looking to be about 190 but I need to strengethen my knee and gain muscle everywhere. Anyone with a similair situation or any advice would be greatly appreciated. And I've been looking for a work out plan for the gym that's geared toward football. Thanks alot
