What are the chances that I can re injure my acl/knee?

I just had two surgeries back to back on my meniscus, then acl. Its almost been two weeks since then I just wanted to know if its possible to re injure it. I've been following the doctors instructions as best as possible, but I feel a bit of pain. I don't know if its just pain since I ran out of pain killers or if I have done something wrong. What are the chances that I could re-hurt it?
